Pershing Resources Posts Assay Results on Its New Enterprise Project

The Company Posts Data Recorded During 2016 Surface Sampling Program

RENO, NV -- (Marketwired) -- 06/20/17 -- Pershing Resources Company, Inc., (OTC PINK: PSGR) announced that it has posted summary assay data from its 2016 surface sampling program on its New Enterprise Property. The data can be viewed on the Company's website at: http://www.pershingpm.com/projects/the-new-enterprise-project.

Pershing Resources expanded the area of its New Enterprise Project in 2016 to cover an additional 320 acres to a total area of 480 acres or 24 lode claims. The Company expanded the claimed area following a review of exploration work and data from the 2016 sampling program as well as information acquired from the previous holder of the property, that indicated the presence of mineralized zones extending from the original eight claim area acquired in 2015.

A Phase One study on the expanded New Enterprise claim area has been rescheduled and is now tentatively planned to begin later this year. The Company plans to initiate the study on the property after it has completed the review and qualification process for its Regulation A, Form 1-A offering statement filing.

Pershing Resources' CEO Steve Plumb said, "Our review of the data pointed to additional targets outside of the boundaries that we initially acquired. We took the step to expand the project area to capture additional development targets. The data we have collected is encouraging but, we are still in the early stage of our analysis and we look forward to beginning field work on our Phase One Study later this year."
