today the resignations of Officers and Directors Austin
Lett, James Lanshe and Richard Childress. The company is
grateful for their stewardship through the past two
years. We are pleased to announce the addition of
Douglas Kiggins and Richard Aiello to the Companies BOD
effective immediately. Mr. Kiggins has a
business/expertise background in the oil and gas
