Board Realignment and New Location of Corporate Offices
HENDERSON, Nev., Jan 23, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Xenolix
Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce the
appointment of Stephen D Plumb as President, CEO and
Chairman of the Board of Directors effective
immediately.
Company Headquarters:
Effective immediately the company, (a Nevada
Corporation) will move its corporate offices to
Henderson, Nevada.
The first order of business of the new Chairman will
be to negotiate a settlement between Xenolix and
Franklin Lake Resources, Inc (FKLR), concerning the
agreement the parties had entered into in April, 2002
regarding the sale of technology and other assets by
Xenolix to Franklin Lake Resources.
