Xenolix Announces Corporate Developments

HENDERSON, Nev., Apr 1, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Xenolix Technologies (Pink Sheets:XTCI) is pleased to announce that it is in the process of changing the Corporation name to "Pershing Resources Company, Inc." The company will announce the effective date of the name change when it receives its new trading symbol and cusip number. The new name was selected to reflect the company's planned primary mine which is located in Pershing County, Nevada, in the Trinity Mountain Range.

The company is pleased to welcome Thomas Breen to its Board of Directors. A member of the Society of Mining Engineers and the International Precious Metals Institute, Thomas Breen is a metallurgist who began his mining career in 1978. He has been evaluating ores in the Trinity Range in Northern Nevada since 1984. Also, Mr. Breen has been a consultant on various precious metals projects in North America, Europe and Africa. The company believes his experience in the Trinity Range of Nevada will facilitate the development of the company's assets in the area.
